The quality of the furniture is amazing. I love every piece I got. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because I had ordered some chairs and it wasn't until they delivered the other pieces that they informed me that they no longer carry the chairs I ordered. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I would order from them again.

Very little communication with floor representative, instead of getting up and showing products, she just pointed at them. When my order came in to be picked up the call was more like a military order. "Your merchandise is in the can be picked up on Monday....should you not pick it up on Monday there will be a $75.00 a day storage charge. Great merchandise and terrible service.

We were looking for very specific outdoor chairs to replace the ones by our pool. We wanted white mesh slings with stainless steel frames. Shipping was really expensive because they were going from one side of the country to the other but they were on sale so it all balanced out. Customer service was so helpful by sending photos and following up by email. We love Teak Warehouse!

Teak Warehouse was a very nice purchase experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable about his product. He walked me through the website that was experiencing a couple of hiccups but the most impressive aspect was the delivery, set up & customer care. Truly 5 star service!!

The products are great. My 3 stars is due to the fact that I placed my order, was told that the items were in stock and would ship, only to have to reach out a month later to inquire about my order. I was told that one piece was not available so nothing had been shipped. It was frustrating given the time that had elapsed. I will reiterate that I do like the pieces that I was able to receive.
