“Absolutely the worst finance company I have ever dealt with. Moneyway makes you wait 48 hours for absolutely nothing to get done, and when you call back, they just slap on another 48-hour wait. They never seem able to help you when you actually need something, unless they want something from you. Despite taking detailed notes on your account, they still manage to get things wrong. On top of that, they tried to charge me more than I owed, and I had to fight to get it sorted. They’re nice and helpful while setting up the finance, luring you in, but the moment something goes wrong, they don’t seem to care or fix it. Stay well clear of this company. I would never recommend them.”
