Fake u for everything

Will not ever be using these again and absolutely would NOT recommend anyone else to either. Just read through the Google reviews as i have posted a pretty lengthy one on there too about how they have screwed me over. One of quite a few one star reviews might I add that all seem to have a recurring theme. Few months in and the cars got issues and they do nothing. Customer service is non existent and the dealerships they work with are cowboys, and together they are only interested in taking your money and selling you crap

Dante introduced himself by phone as soon as i put my details in, gave a few cars to look at but I wasn’t ready to commit. He rang a few times see how I was getting on with no hassle or pushing which is exactly what I wanted. Found my own car let him know and 3 days later I’m driving it, great customer service and no pushy people trying to rush you into a purchase. Definitely recommend trying them out if your looking for a car with mediocre credit.

Disgusting, immoral company- whatever you do AVOID MONEYWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE. My car broke down within a month of purchase, so I needed to reject the car through Moneyway finance. We are now 11 weeks into the complaint, and there is no resolution in sight. I am stuck paying for a car and insurance that I cannot drive, whilst undergoing significant and distressing hospital treatment. I desperately need a car that works to get to appointments, and have had to travel for 5 hours on public transport at times. Moneyway have shown no compassion or urgency to get this situation sorted. I have been told a few times that they are referring me to their 'specialist services' for support, and I have of course received nothing, and they cannot even tell me over the phone what these 'specialist services' do when I ask. When I desperately ask for a time scale on a specific step that has been dragging out for weeks, they will coldly say 'there isn't one.' They fail to call me back almost every time. It is very frustrating and adds to the stress of the situation. They have been very vague about the process throughout. Different advisors tell me different things, it has been a very confusing and difficult process to go through. At times, they have left the complaint for weeks on end without progressing it further or chasing it. At one point, my complaint handler went on leave and then went off sick straight after, and my complaint was not picked up, leaving it to drag out further. I now have to call every day to get them to chase various people involved in the complaint and get an update. Calling them constantly and getting no calls back is adding to my distress levels significantly. I have had to submit a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service about them to try and get this sorted. Whatever you do, AVOID THIS COMPANY. Their malpractice has cost me thousands of pounds that I am not sure that I will ever get back.
