The postcards arrived promptly. The box had split but luckily no damage. However the first 100 or so cards were not fully laminated on the bottom 5mm and so the graphics weren't sharp toward the bottom due to lack of film adhesion and we had to toss them.

For years I have printed with ExpressCopy with great success. The last two times the colors were way off. First time I brought it to the attention of my rep and she assured me it would not happen again. I proofed an online proof and the colors were correct. The printed piece was not even close, and these are my clients signature colors. Exact same issue occurred the second time. Somewhere from proofing to press there is a major issue or someone isn't press-proofing for color or simply not paying attention.
