UPDATE: A representative reached out to me to inquire about my experience. I explained what happened and she definitely made sure it was correct the second time. I am very happy with the second product and grateful that they care enough about their customers to make sure they are satisfied. Great job in correcting the situation. ORIGINAL POST: I am first time customer, so I purchased the promotion of 250 cards free and just pay shipping which was $27, first big ouch. Once I received the product, it was just in a large envelope in 4 stacks. I'm assuming each stack was a batch because all 4 stacks had a different quality of a my self portrait I uploaded. One stack the photo was more orange, tint, second stack the photo had a dull look to it, another stack the same photo had a greenish tint. All stacks were not cut evenly. I had to trim the edges on at least 2 stacks. I was not very happy with the finished product. I sent out about 15 of the best stack to close friends and family, but I am having more made using another company to send out to my clients/potential clients because of the quality of the ones I ordered from you all.

The customer service representative was not friendly. She made me feel as though it was my fault that the printer printed my flyers blurry and bled through every flyer. I now order through Vista Print they have great customer service. Bev

Printing was good and the order came very quickly.

I ordered postcards, received within few days on time. But fonts are not aligned and no readable due to font size. I was offered 30% for next print order.........YA Right......... no way .... I will ever use this company with bad customer service.
