3 weeks of watching an instructor read word for word out of a book. I scored a 92% first time taking school test because I did the work outside of class. When it came time for the state exam, I realized how little this class helped with preparation. I think the owner should allow others to teach while she runs business side. She did not seem to care about student success

John was an excellent teacher, He not only explained everything we needed to know to pass the test but he shared his 40+ yrs personal experiences with plenty of tips and do's/don'ts that we need to know to be successful realtors far beyond what the book provides. He was kind, great personality. The owner was very nice too. And the class schedules are very flexible

Had a fantastic instructor in John Koller. Blended real world objective information with engaging anecdotal first-hand experiences. I'd recommend the school to anyone looking to start on a new path career-wise. Very reasonable pricing, no excuse not to!

Great choice in Essex county. Price comes with the book and good training. I recommend reading ahead of the lesson so the info sticks with you better. Passed both test in 1 shot.

Montclair School of Real Estate helped me obtain my real estate license in ~ 6 weeks with a busy work schedule I was able to attend their Sunday classes. Great instructors and helpful materials helped me pass my exam on the first attempt. I would highly recommend for busy working adults.
