Luckily I checked the box to make sure they were charged to find that the straighteners and charging cable missing - contacted Customer service who just refunded me - but I’m guessing for those who don’t check the box until Christmas morning are in for a shock because they have a thieving rat in their warehouse!!

United Kingdom | 29 July 2024I ordered two items which were dispatched the next day, but Royal Mail lost the parcel. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately, and they sent me replacement items. PS: The only reason I gave four stars is because they didn’t send me the RM tracking number the second time. This created a confusion, I was not aware that the order had been posted, and my parcel was left at the back porch for two days. Fortunately it was not stolen.

I had to fight them and threaten to post on social media before they accepted that they are wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not cover the cost to fix my hair in the form of hair extensions. This is the first review I have posted and I will continue until they cover the actual cost to fix my hair. Not 300 pounds only. This is unacceptable. I had an appointment for a balyage for two weeks after the cut - how was he going to balyage this? Its a disgrace I am a mixed race woman our hair takes years to grow, I had the longest hair of all my friends who are mixed - this will take 9-10 years to rectify, and I've got health problems enough that affect my hair growth you can't just cut peoples hair off like this. And then take no responsibility for 6 weeks. You've offered 300 pounds, and said you cannot negotiate so I was forced and bullied to take compensation that you devised the amount yourselves - when the quotes I obtained at the cheapest were 650 pounds and the highest came in at 950. So at this point I am at a minimal monetary loss of 350 pounds at least. Not to mention the mental impact of having my hair theived from me in that manner. My boyfriend just left me and that hair cut was suppossed to be a new start for me. I had an interview the very next day and they were just looking at me on Teams like I am a mad woman, BECAUSE OF TONI&GUY! I bet the boy who cut it still skips about the salon no bother not a care in the world, when he's just chopped off an ill womans hair that's going to take years to grow back and mentally you've added stress to my plate a hair appoinment should never end like this. Especially being bullied to take 300 pounds compensation that does absolutely nothing to fix the hair.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2024I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, I ordered two items of Keratase hair products, received a confirmation on the 31st January, it’s now the 7th of February and have had absolutely no delivery information. I looked on there site and the advice is to go onto the couriers and put in tracking info, neither of which I have. Absolutely shocking service, they weren’t slow at whipping out the payment, but can’t follow through with delivering the items ordered. Following on I’ve just managed to contact them by telephone, apparently the order has not been dispatched due to them doing a stock take. Unsure why this would prevent them from sending out my order, it’s two items, just ridiculous. I think watchdog should have a look into this, reading these reviews they are not fulfilling there obligation to those customers who have paid to receive products. It’s a real pity that Tony and guy are letting customers down who are placing orders in good faith.

United Kingdom | 02 February 2024Initially got a quick reply when reaching out to customer services to request a returns slip, as no returns info was included in the parcel (it just says to reach out to customer services for returns) I was then asked to send lots of pictures of the items and the reason for return. When I let them know it was because I had received the wrong items I was sent a rude email back telling me I had received the correct items and I needed to send another picture to prove they were incorrect. Once I pointed out the original pictures I sent already showed the wrong item had been sent and it did not match the website description I didn’t receive any further emails. I have been chasing for a couple of days and no reply. I have no way to return the incorrect items and get my money back (£43).

United Kingdom | 14 November 2023As others have said, the delivery time is terrible (or non-existent in my case!) 11 days since I placed the order and it hasn’t even been despatched yet. No response to my email. Have now requested a refund, but not hopeful I’ll hear anything so will likely have to call my bank and reverse the charges. Awful experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

United Kingdom | 01 November 2023Was shipped the wrong product. No packaging was used to secure the lids on the bottles. Was not sent an invoice. Customer service was not helpful, requesting details from me that required me to take lots of photos or were details I wasn’t provided (because I didn’t receive an invoice). The incorrect product they sent didn’t feel full; it was an aerosol can so perhaps because the lid was secure it was pressed and depleted during shipping or they shipped a used item. I will never purchase from this shop again. They made the mistakes but yet the customer support responded like I was the problem.

I have ordered on Sat quite few products, not even on sale ones, and today is Tue but my order has not been even dispatched. I phoned them and they use the “up to 7 working days” mantra so there’s no need to send me email soon or to leave the warehouse. I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews before ordering! It’s my mistake but I hope others will read before ordering Anyone here had any good experience at their salons? I’m also in need of a new hairdresser. Would appreciate an advice on this

No, the top for the diffuser was missing after emailing back and forth they eventually agreed that the bottle cover was missing. Can't send a replacement as they are now out of stock. Sending gifts that you can't use isn't acceptable.

United Kingdom | 02 December 2022Absolutely awful. Do not use!!! Placed an order on 18/11. Order chased and they claimed it was late to despatch due to Royal Mail. Not sure how it’s RM’s fault they are slow to despatch?!?! Then claimed it was due to Black Friday… even though I ordered well before BF. Finally ‘claimed’ they’ve despatched the order 28/11 (10 days later!!!!!) but seems like utter lies. No update at all from them or Royal Mail since then. They are again claiming it’s Royal Mails fault but I don’t believe they’ve even sent it as Royal Mail website says ‘waiting for item to be despatched from sender’. I echo the below review, their customer service is awful. They didn’t even ask for my details just went off in to a text book made up excuse. I don’t see how they can operate when they are illegally taking your money and not sending the goods?! Formally raising a complaint and raising a fraud case with my bank. Utterly appalling!!!!

No update on the tracking since 4 days. I requested a refund and was told by becky i cant have one and said it wasnt against the law to not deliver within agreed timescales. Becky has the most disgusting attitude towards customer service extremely rude. I could hear lots of noise though the phone like she was doing something with her headset or phone reciever while i was talking. I have made a formal complaint will see how far i will have to take this to get my money back.
