United Kingdom | 18 April 2024I have zero experience with life insurance or any policy covers of that nature and the agent I spoke to (Heidi) educated me thoroughly. She was patient and answered all of my questions no matter how big or small they may seem. Her kind and gentle nature helped me to feel confident that I was making the right decision for my future. Often times when you fill out forms online companies are more focused on taking your bank information, however this was not the case with Heidi at all. She did a full breakdown with me about the costs and what exactly I would be paying for and this helped me to make my decision about going forward with my policy. It was amazing to see that she was focused on getting me the best deals that were in alignment with my current circumstances, rather than trying to get me to spend as much money as possible. You can tell she is a genuine person that actually cares about each individual she deals with. Amazing customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge about the products/services her company has to offer.
