Ref; 1311760 I had a very traumatic event which happened very sudently and i received a call from Jake and he was ever so helpful guiding me through everything i needed to know and explaining everything in depth, as my situation was very raw he was very caring and showed lots of compassion which made the whole process so much more easier and less stressful his customer service was excellent and he went above and beyond his normal every day i am very greatful to have spoken to such a caring person who really understood my needs.

I spoke with an advisor called Jake, who was very polite and friendly. He made sure to listen to what I want and specified the differences between each option so I could understand better. Normally these calls are intimidating but this one was actually very easy for me to understand and sit through. He picked out the best options for me and gave me the choice of which I'd prefer and helped to clear up when I needed things explained. He made an otherwise uncomfortable call, comfortable enough to deal with serious issues. I'm now covered for life insurance and do not feel like I'm being ripped off. I got off the call and advised my mum and sister to get in touch with the same service.
