Fabulous curtains so well made very happy

Blinds were made to size and the material was kind of as pictured although quite a bit lighter in colour. Long lead time and overall much lower quality material and mechanism than when I have bought from other online blinds companies. The mechanism has ugly plastic protrusion that you have to cover up by reattaching blind which means drop is slightly short.

The website was very easy to navigate. Curtains were very well made and arrived promptly

I ordered some samples and even though someone had reached out to tell me there would be a delay as they were waiting for some of the fabrics delivery was quick and the fabrics are of such high quality which made choosing a little harder than I had expected. Fabulous customer service and fabrics, I would highly recommend.

The customer service team on the phone and via email were very helpful when I asked for advice about the size and fitting brackets of the blind. They offer 3 complimentary fabric samples before you choose on their website. It was made to order so did take a little bit of time to arrive, but not excessive at all. Very happy!
