The option to reuse client information to generate the invoice has greatly improved the experience, making the process much easier and faster.

Too much work to withdraw money

Just received my salary in US Dolars from my DevOps enginner job at a foreigner company and it couldn't have gone better.

Best platform to receive payments from the USA.

I was hesitant at first, thinking that the process might take longer due to the need to fill out and approve the receipt. However, it was very quick, taking only a few minutes, and the transfer to my account in BRL was instant. Even with the $5.00 fee I had to pay to transfer the money from the other payment provider to Higlobe, the final amount was still better than the method I used before.

Por primera vez estoy trabajando de manera remota cerrando ventas y necesitaba una forma de cobrar en dólares, ya que cobrar mis comisiones directamente a mi cuenta bancaria en México, significaría altas comisiones por usar la red SWIFT. Leí algunas reseñas y la verdad que higlobe parecía ser la mejor opción. El proceso de verificación fue relativamente rápido. Tuve unos detalles para conectar mi cuenta Bitso y me resolvieron bastante rápido. En general estoy muy contento. Lo mejor de todo es el tipo de cambio, prácticamente es el mismo que el que sale en google y eso me benefició increíblemente! La transferencia a mi cuenta fue prácticamente instantánea, la verdad superó mis expectativas. Hasta el momento, super recomendada esta plataforma. Esperando con ansias a finales de mes para volver a recibir comisiones y usar Higlobe!

The email with the title "here's the information about your recent money withdraw" doesn't have a single piece of information about my most recent money withrdaw. And it would be really useful to have that documented through email.

Após o saque, vem um email dizendo: Seguem as informações sobre a sua retirada de dinheiro Só que esse email apenas diz "você fez uma retirada hoje". Essas são as informações? Não fala o valor (em dólar nem real) Não fala taxa de conversão Não fala a comissão Não fala pra qual conta foi enviado Não fala sequer o horário No final, o email só serve para poluir a caixa de entrada.

Perfect, fast, cheap!

It worked as it should. The time for approvals was really quick and easy. It took less than two hours for the paperwork to be approved, and I received my first payment through the platform. It was also cheaper than the other platform I used to use. Amazing!
