It is a real pleasure these days to find a retailer who provides a first class service when so many couldn’t care less. Customer service from Summits Outdoor has been outstanding. I ordered a jacket which unfortunately was a tad small which I had to return, requesting a replacement of the next size up. Summits outdoor were out of stock of the larger size, but we’re expecting some to be delivered in the near future. Despite the large volume of sales, the staff looked out to reserve me one at the earliest opportunity. A big thank you to Aleena for being kind enough to look out one for me and keep me informed. I got my replacement on their last guaranteed delivery date before Christmas. Excellent ! Would I recommend them, whole heartedly !!

Excellent Service. i ordered a tent from Summits Outdoor it arrived two days later. Unfortunately it did not meet my sons requirements. I rang their customer services, they said no problem just post it back for a refund. The refund was returned to my account very quickly.
