Fast delivery well wrapped goods

Brought a tent which I used twice and discovered a crack in the end of one of the poles. Despite this likely being my fault (and Vango not replacing poles as these are usually damaged by user error) Summits Outdoors replaced the pole free of charge with no quibbling!! Not only that, they also sent an additional replacement pole for future use!!! First rate service in total contrast the the appalling service from Go Outdoors, who wouldn’t even send me a guy rope that was missing from a tent purchased from them!!! I will 100% be using Summits Outdoors again.
