I would like to say that my experience with a lady called Anna has been fantastic from start to finish. I ordered a wallet for my boyfriend for his birthday but unfortunately it wasn't suitable. I emailed the company and explained , one particular lady named Anna helped me from start to finish. I said I would leave a good review so here it is. :) Great customer service even though I was returning something from start to finish. Excellent service. Ordered this first thing on Wednesday morning and it was with me by Friday afternoon, and the only reason it wasn't quicker was due to a delay in Parcelforce. The prices are fantastic too. The second time I've bought from them and I'm sure it won't be the last. Thanks.

Fantastic customer service when we had an issue with a tent

Great value with the 10% lockdown offer. I got Anatom walking boots boots and two Nikwax products for a lower price than just the boots on other websites. They even threw in a third Nikwax product for free with my order. Fast delivery (free because I spent over a certain amount), well packaged parcel in fully recyclable materials - nothing to fault at all. I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service and staff are so helpful and the knowledge they have of the products they sell is second to none Website is so easy to use and when i price matched the new camping gear i was buying they came in cheaper than everyone else on 90% of the gear i needed happily bought as much as I could from my local shop I work long hours and have trouble getting parcels delivered used the pick up service at the store and the staff really helped by fitting me in outside normal working hours Quality of service was superb and the advice and assistance was greatly appreciated 10/10 from me I use them for all my outdoor needs from camping to clothing

I was just researching a tent, and got some wonderful and helpful responses from a member of staff, that when I was ready to buy, I bought from them....AND their price was the best! It was delivered faster than I could ask about despatch dates...extraordinary. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service l received. I had a problem with a tent zipper. So phoned them up to have a quick chat about it. Sent it back and got a refund. No problem, nice and helpful. (l forgot the girls name) While that was going on, l had a look on their website and ordered more equipment which arrived in good time. Very happy and a pleasure doing business with.
