I ordered a dress that I was eagerly waiting for. When I received it, I noticed major defects: poorly positioned buttons, wrinkles, and misplaced seams. The dress is unwearable. I contacted customer service, providing them with photos as evidence. They replied that, in their opinion, there was no problem. And in any case, it was non-refundable since the dress was made to order! Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails. 'Without you, there is no us' is just a marketing ploy. TO BE AVOIDED. My response here since you are not answering messages : The 40% discount was applied to the making of the dress or to the sewing skills . You are thieves!
