I paid to have some cushions made to fit a bench in my kitchen. When they arrived the cushions were much smaller than I ordered. I contacted the company a week ago and am still waiting for their response.

Awful experience with this company. I ordered a sample of wallpaper, once received I decided to order the rolls of wallpaper. Ordered and paid and confirmation email received, I then booked a decorator to put it up 4 days past the delivery date and went out with my sample wallpaper to buy tester pots. 3 days later Jane Clayton emailed me to tell me that the wallpaper I ordered is out of stock. This paper was still available to purchase, they said they don't keep live stock levels so cannot display "out of stock" on the website, which is ridiculous when they are happy to take your money. Be wary of this when ordering! I was told it would be approx 2 weeks before their supplier had stock but no garentees. I was told I would be kept informed of updates however my wallpaper turned up before I even received a dispatched email! All this was stress a pregnant lady didn't need when trying to decorate the nursery. Won't be using them again. Can't speak for the wallpaper quality as it has not yet gone up.

I’m a self employed painter and decorator and I have to say I wouldn’t use this brand again or recommend it to my customers. The customer service was very poor and it took me three days to get in contact with anyone from Jane Clayton. When I finally did they where rude and didn’t help with the fact my order was late. The wallpaper quality is also poor for the price and I’ve had to wait another week for the final roll to finish my customers bedroom which not only effects my customers but my work schedule and reputation. Overall not impressed.

Fabulous blind that is perfectly made. I asked for any excess fabric so I could make some matching cushions and although they said they couldn’t guarantee it, they sent some. So in addition to a really beautifully made and well priced Roman blind I am even more happy with Jane Clayton’s service. Thank you!
