Had a batch/quality issue with a rug I purchased via their site. After speaking with Paige from the team who was really lovely and helpful, they have replaced the rug for me which I’m really happy about as I adore the rug. We were very pleased with our curtains from Jane Clayton & Co. They were very easy to deal with prior to the order and made design special provisions that weren't available on the website, the curtains turned up earlier than we expected and they appear to be a fantastic quality.

Great service. I ordered 2 x pairs of made to measure curtains and 2 x matching cushions. I was initially quite nervous spending such a large amount of money online but i need not have worried as they arrived today and are faultless. Extremely well made and i would be happy to recommend to anyone.

I recently ordered a made to measure blind for our spare room. The quality of the material and the final work was impeccable. The blind arrived well packaged a week earlier than predicted, in time for Christmas. Only small point was the screws enclosed were too short for fitting to the window frame but this was easily resolved.
