United Kingdom | 08 October 2021This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their promises on curtain delivery are continually broken. They don't care, they don't ever communicate. If you are lucky enough for them to answer the phone, you are told a pack of lies. Delivery dates are continually missed, and they are constantly "unable to get through to the workroom". They have had £1500 of MY money for many weeks, and all promised delivery dates slip by. They seemed to get good reviews in the past, but recent reviews are similar to mine. They have clearly now got many problems, and have no staff capable of sorting anything out. I have given them a deadline to find out a firm delivery date, but, after a week of calling them every few hours, I hold out no hope. I have now been told that my curtains will be ANOTHER MONTH!!! Clearly they have not made any start on them, probably haven't even ordered the fabric?! Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. What a shambolic disgrace of a company.

United Kingdom | 15 September 2021We have now been waiting 3 months (and counting) to receive our order, despite the website quoting 6-8 weeks for made to measure items. We had to pay the full price upfront (over £1,000) and have been left very frustrated by the experience. We are receiving updates, but each time the estimated delivery date is pushed back further and further and we are losing confidence in Jane Clayton & Co's ability to fulfil the order. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

United Kingdom | 14 September 2021Very poor customer service!! Don’t order curtains from them!! Curtains ordered beginning of June. It’s middle of September, way over the 6-8 lead time stated on their website. And they’ve still not arrived!! Now, not due till “sometime next week”. That will be over 14 weeks. They do not respond to emails and phone lines were turned off for a whole week. When they say, adamantly, that they’ll be in touch with updates the next day, they don’t get in touch. I’ve had no updates about my order at all, unless I’ve chased them, and no apologies for delays. You cannot trust what they say. Shockingly poor. What a surprise, still no curtains!! No phone call, no email, no communication at all. They do not care!!! They have no policy on delayed orders. Publish incorrect trust pilot ratings.

United Kingdom | 10 September 2021It took 5 MONTHS for the curtains to eventually arrive (after many many failed promises of it would be delivered in the next couple of weeks). They cost thousands and Jane Clayton gave us a miserly £150 back for the inconvenience after many stressful emails. DO NOT BUY THROUGH.
