Good range to choose from and prompt service

Thank you for a great service. So far I have only ordered sample wallpapers. I must say they arrived quickly and are presented in a lovely folder. Wallpapers are all lovely quality and we love them. At the moment I’m trying to create a mood board for a house we will be moving into hopefully soon. There will be lots of rooms to decorate so I’m looking forward creating a beautiful home. I can certainly recommend Jane Clayton and co.

My lining and interlining which came directly from JC came within 48hrs. Unfortunately my fabric from the manufacturers took over three weeks to arrive despite it being in stock so not JC’s fault. Communication with staff excellent and always super helpful and lovely

Love our new curtains. Took a little while to come, but worth the wait. We didn't mind the wait ae were kept informed. Beautifully made, and they look fantastic in our living room. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

Yet further disappointment with my 3rd order. The 3-5 days delivery promise went to 3 weeks, then the day it was due, I get a further email with another 2 months delay! I have given up and requested refund! To be honest, I really wanted the rug, and keep giving them benefit of the doubt, but frankly, I give up! And they continue to lie about their delivery on their site.

The fabric I chose was not available and to be made by the company. I was immediately notified and given the choice to wait for a future date or cancel. I choose to wait for my chosen fabric and was kept informed at every stage of the process and the expected date. Curtains are well made and very good quality fabric.

I really like the vast array of fabrics. I received a choice of swatches really quickly to enable me to choose the correct fabric to match my furnishings at home. I bought 10 metres which arrived in a roll. Thrilled with my choice and the excellent service.

Super efficient company

Very well made curtains though a later completion than was advised at ordering.

Even though the fabric was delayed from the supplier I received excellent customer service as I was promptly informed of the delay and advised of my options. In the end it arrived sooner than expected and the quality was very good.

I ordered a rug which said it was in stock only to find it was not, it had a 5 week wait. I did wait and the rug is perfect, as described, but I did not like I had been deceived regards delivery time. Tell me up front, the truth.

I ordered lots of free samples which helped me to make my choice. I love my wallpaper, it was supposed to take 3 weeks for delivery but came within 2. Superb service !!!
