Just got back home after visiting the massage 💆🏼‍♀️ company in Camberley!- wow 🤩 what an incredible experience- from the lovely Ann-Marie on reception !- then meeting ‘ the wonderful Mayo !… I was taken to a lovely, serene room and felt totally at ease straight away .. I had a small headache which the scalp massage eased instantly!.. and the full body /deep tissue massage was truly something else!- I would highly recommend a visit !- I’m now booking in once a month to keep on top of things !- floating on cloud nine now .. utter bliss … thank you 😊 TMC - Suzanne xx

The massages themselves are what you'd expect for the cost. However, beware the membership scheme. You have to keep on top of when you have agreed a pause in membership. Not recommended for that reason.

I just wanted to say that Ive benefited coming in and having a monthly massage with Viktoriya she’s absolutely amazing and has helped me so much. Im a Nail technician which has a huge impact on my shoulders and back!! I literally was solid in my shoulder and neck area and I found coming for a massage not very enjoyable as it was hard work to loosen my muscles!! I know I’m much more supple now and I actually enjoy my massages.Thank you Viktoriya for helping me, keep doing what you do as you’re fantastic.

Today I left home looking for a place that would help me relieve my neck pain and suddenly this company in front of me. At the reception there was a very friendly guy with a beautiful smile. His words and explanations were so clear that I didn't hesitate for a second to receive my massage. Thanks Luke you are absolutely adorable . Then in Maryna's magical hands my pain faded and I was completely renewed. It was undoubtedly a wonderful experience. Thank you High Wycombe Team.

I had a wonderful deep massage (50mins) at the Camberley branch. Emily was professional and Emily skillfully massage the knots / tension away from my muscles. My daughter had a massage from Connor which was wonderful. They addressed any problems, gave advice on posture and better way of holding yourself. The Massage Company was 1st Class. Definitely will be returning Michelle

Harrow. First time here. Completed questionnaire. Was asked more relevant and specific questions after it was read through. Shown into a very pristine and warm room and attended to by Neddy- deep tissue massage with aromatherapy was lovely and specific to my needs . Masseuse was polite and engaging throughout, showing respect and care throughout. Was not pressurised into membership, but will consider. Would highly recommend. Judy

Visiting the High Wycombe location, it’s right in the middle of town and really big, quite surprising. There’s lots of rooms and lots of staff. Diana my therapist was amazing, and really firm, which I needed. Front desk team were helpful and overall a very good experience

Took a visit to the new Ealing Broadway site - warm, friendly and engaging staff made me feel most welcome! Loved the layout - modern and fresh. Fantastic location - 3 mins from the station. Too easy - see you again soon!!

I am a member and I am charged £70pm for massages I can’t book due to chronic unavailability. When I asked to cancel my subscription I learned that the penalty increases over time not decreases, so if you have been a member for 8 months out of 12 it costs you more to cancel than if you were a member for 4 months, how does that make sense? This company’s policies are anti customer and the sales tactics underhand. These policies are not clearly explained verbally at the time of signing up, I had no idea I was locked in for a year! I was told I could cancel anytime! They just forgot the part where it costs a fortune to do so and you lose all outstanding massages in 3 months after that. It’s tantamount to theft!

Really professional therapist Radu in the High Wycombe centre – I do a lot of running and have tried so many places to find a good therapist. The centre is open in the evening, and that really helps. Thanks The Massage Company and keep it up!

My back and legs really needed this after long time in the mountains. I used their Camberley centre – really professional entry, smiling staff and a great massage experience. Highly recommended.

After being bought a massage as a present, I felt pressurised to sign up for a membership. I was informed that I would be able to cancel when I got home, but if I signed up upon being asked, I would get a free massage. Subsequently, when I got home I rang to cancel the membership, they said I needed to have one massage first which I had paid for and then it would be cancelled after that. After days of back and forth they agreed to cancel the membership and refund me. However two months later, I've found that I am still being charged for a membership at £70 a month which I have not used once. The massage was nice, but being pushed to sign up for a membership that I was not comfortable with has left me feeling upset. The fact that they are still charging me for a service that I've never used is robbery!

My call was answered within three rings, good start to what I was hoping would be a straight forward and quick route to booking a massage. Chirag took my details, offered a simple but comprehensive range of massage appointments and I was booked in the very same afternoon. I arrived with a 20 minutes to spare thinking checking in would be lengthy but after a short questionnaire (and registering my car for free onsite parking - bonus!) the team in the front desk offered me a drink and the bathroom then I was in the treatment room! My therapist Connor was sensitive in spirit but strong in technical skills and delivered a world class massage. Very happy by this point and keen to rebook when the front desk team checked me out. The whole process was a breeze and I’m now thinking about joining the brilliant membership schemes they offer.

Was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the team from arrival at reception through to consultation, massage and leaving. Particular highlight was the actual massage which after a detailed consultation focused on the areas concerned with great technique supported by use of hot stones. Would strongly recommend trying them out

I had an amazing relaxing massage at The Massage Company in Camberley. The hot stones are lovely. Definitely recommended. The whole place is bright and welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful. Really great way to de-stress.
