My dog had trouble focusing and reacted negatively to other people in public and in my home. Thanks to these courses, she's learned to focus on me, and is overcoming her fears of people. The courses offer simple, easy to follow, step by step instructions that made training so easy to implement. Working with a reactive dog is a process, but it was so wonderful to have such positive, helpful support as I worked to tranform my dog's behavior through postive reinforcement. Thank you!

The training information is excellent, better than 2 trainers we hired. I subscribed to their online course on Reactivity and we have come a long way toward eliminating it. Great customer support to help solve your unique problems or to clarify something in one of their courses. I now subscribe to all of their courses - so much help in so many areas.

This course is great. It provides a framework when attempting to turn a sweet energetic puppy into a good citizen. It has kept my experience from becoming overwhelming. All training is positive and reward based. Steffi takes a different approach to attacking issues that I really liked, for instance how to keep your dog from jumping up and how to keep them from tugging on a walk, both very simple yet ingenious approaches. I would highly recommend especially if you are feeling overwhelmed and are not sure where to start or what approach to take.

I'm taking the puppy course and so far it's being extremely helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and my puppy is doing very well with the advice here. Still halfway through but so far I would absolutely recommend it!

These courses are very targeted to exactly what you need to know to get going making things better with your dog. Super helpful, and having the opportunity to ask questions and get replies puts this online training above and beyond. I can't praise them enough. Also, there is just no comparison of expense and how you can work with your own time schedule as opposed to having a live personal trainer. Easy to follow course with great tips

After buying the Ultimate Masterclass bundle and I've followed the basics and the 'Training Habits and Rewards' and the 'Tackling Reactivity Course', which has been a such great help to me and my dog Whisky so far - I have now also signed up for the PCCP (Perfect Companion Coaching Programme) where you get more in-depth coaching - which is really great - you get a work plan specifically for your dog and the team will review videos and the progress with your dog. Not only do Steffi and her team take you step by step through how to best manage the situation and train your dog, but they also show you videos, answer any online questions promptly, and have created a community with whom you can also communicate. On top of that, the newsletters that are sent around are very informative and in the last weeks, I attended the very fun challenge in which you got an e-mail every week to teach your dog a new trick! Oh, how much fun we had together... I only wish I had known them BEFORE I got Whisky (the name of our dog :-)), it could've saved us so much trouble. I have learned that I've put Whisky in so many difficult situations before that I've now learned were adding up to her reactivity. Whisky has become so much more at ease now that we took these lessons and I actually know what I am doing. But also much more about what my dog wants to tell me with her dog language. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done to make these pieces of training so worthwhile and affordable! I would recommend this to anyone considering getting a dog (yes, follow it before you have the dog!!) or having a dog and not finding the right solutions yet. Go for it. It should be a must-follow for every dog owner.

I did their reactivity course and it's been excellent. It requires dedication and consistency as it is not a quick process to decondition your dog, but it's been a lifesaver. My dog went from lunging and snapping at every dog she saw to being able to happily walk down the street and even pass some dogs without reacting. She is so much happier and calmer. We also worked on her reactivity to cars and trucks and she doesn't bark or chase after those either. So glad I took the chance worth 100x the small price I paid!

Videos were clear and instructive. I love Steffis kind way to handle dogs. These methods really works and are easy to take as a part of your everyday life.

This course has taught me alot. I already knew about a schedule for them. Feeding and treats were not new to me either. The cueing and the leash tugging was new and I'm guilty of tugging on the leash for the desired behavior. I've only had her for 3 days and I will correct that. Potty training is going well. I have an Auggie miniature. She is 9 weeks old. Thank you so much. The price I paid was well worth it.
