Clear pragmatic instructions delivered in a mixture of video and written format. Easy to follow and to pick up on later as needed. Steffi clearly understands dogs well.

Steffi and her team have such good ideas. You always feel listened to and encouraged when they respond to your questions. Spiritdog made a really big, positive impact in helping me raise my puppy. And thank you so much for the December games. Such a fun and motivating way to keep us going in the hard weather we are having here in Canada.

I have done a fair bit of dog training previously with different online courses and trainers in person. Steffi is really good at explaining the reasons behind the training which I really appreciate! Super stoked I signed up for the reactivity course and will most like try some the others as well. So much more affordable than in person training!

Fun brain games for my dog.

I wrote to ask for some help with my German Shepherd and along with some very helpful advice was included in the December games. What a joy to find these ladies, I feel as if I can have some quality time with my dog now, even if I do have a broken ankle. :}

Our dog is aggressive but, when I enrolled him here, they trained him to be obedient and, after a week, he improved a lot. He does not bark nor bites if he does not know the person anymore. I highly recommend putting your dog here if you want to help them with their misbehavior.

So far I have done the slow down course and am part way through the reactivity course. I find the courses really well written and the videos are excellent, the methods and reasons behind them are excellent and easy to follow. I am enjoying the courses and my dog Jasper is improving all the time . I look forward to trying the parkour course in the future

In the past and present I have always had adult rescue dogs, so a puppy is a new adventure. I have found the course so far interesting and informative and I have high hopes of training my new puppy to become a great well behaved companion. Stay tuned for updates!

This has been a super helpful class right from the start. The lessons are nice and succinct (and easy!) which makes it easier to incorporate them into daily life. The Q&A below each lesson as well is really super helpful as you can see others experiences and learn from the interaction with Steffi.

Great course with practical tips and solutions to raising a puppy with videos examples and pdf downloads. Really recommend for any dog parent and those interested in becoming a trainer as a starting point.

Have already learned so much from the course, and after just a few sessions we're seeing results! Nothing ground-breaking, but a very clear plan with helpful tips and pitfalls to avoid.

I absolutely love SpiritDog Training. I've looked at so many online courses and never felt quite right about making a purchase until now. I purchased the Reactivity course for my 8 month old border collie who struggles with strangers, children and loud traffic noise. The online course is clear and concise. It is in-depth yet explained simply with accompanying PDF's to download and great videos which have me hooked. The instructions are clear and Steffi is firm and fair with everything she asks you to do. I love how she highlights where people go wrong as it ensures you most definitely do not. I have asked questions along the way and Elise is fabulous, replying within 24 hours with detailed and personal answers. If you are dedicated to put the work in, I honestly can't see how you can fail with this course. We are just in our first week of 'Training with Triggers' and already I feel more confident with my beautiful girl knowing all I have learnt up to now and I can see the change in my dog already. I won't rush through any of the lessons as I want my dog to succeed so much so I can be even more proud of her than I am already. Approximately half way into the training program, and just started training. It is very organized and clear, helping to understand what is causing the behavior to continue. Hoping it works!

This is a very informative course. I was a little wary about spending money on an online course but I'm so glad I did. From the first lesson I started to change my approach to training. My dog isn't 100% 'cured' yet :) but we're getting there! I really like the thorough explanations. I also appreciate how the common pitfalls are called out before you try the exercises. I highly recommend this training and the earlier you can change your dog's behaviour the better!

I have been taking the SpiritDog Reactivity course and it is full of great exercises and lots of useful information explaining dog psychology. Students can post questions and get thoughtful answers. I definitely recommend this course it has given me lots of tools to use.
