The first time I ordered from Israeli Diamonds I was required to initiate a wire transfer due to the large purchase price. Despite my initial nerves about wiring money overseas from the U.S., they guided me through the entire process, and the first order left me speechless with its stunning setting and diamond. Great company to buy loose gems. This is my third purchase from them and they have always been on time sending the product. Their gems are fantastic and much cheaper than purchasing them where I am from (Melbourne Australia). I look forward to purchasing more loose gems from Israel Diamonds in the future.

Delivery of the ring took 2 days to the USA after production. I was interested in the expert's opinion from my familiar jeweler after receiving the ring. J’ai opté pour un forfait integrant le paiement et les formalités douanières, mais celui-ci n’a finalement pas été utile, alors ils sont eux-memes revenus vers moi pour m’en informer et me rembourser. After struggling to find a perfectly sized pair of half moon side diamonds, Israel Diamonds patiently gave me almost a dozen options to choose from. They then offered to custom cut an existing pair of diamonds for me to make the size exactly right. They did this at no extra cost and the results were 10/10 perfect.

Israel-Diamonds provided the first class assistance in choosing and manufacturing the earing I bought for my wife. And she loved them!!!!! When you are buying just make sure you are not in a rush and allow 1 - 2 weeks to manufacture the product especially if you have custom design, or you think if they are short in stock. OK, so the Website really sucks! And paying for my stones was a bit of a hassle. The stones themselves are fantastic. And the price was $150-$200 less (per stone) than anywhere else for the same cut, color, grade, etc. The stones are exactly as promised and beautiful. I don't care how good lab created thinks it is, but nothing beats a natural diamond with no visible inclusions.

What a pleasant surprise - sometimes you feel like deals might be too good to be true but Gil and Israel Diamonds came through with flying colors. GIA certified diamonds at 15-20% less than other major online retailers just can’t be beat. Service was exceptional, Gil answered my questions every step of the way. Received my custom made diamond earrings and they look magnificent. 100% recommend to anyone on the fence.

I needed a very specific size and cut of diamonds that were tough to find and Gil with Israel Diamonds was very helpful and immediately went searching. He found exactly what I needed and I received the stones very quickly. I definitely recommended Israel Diamonds.

good help choosing stones, main problem is the 'matching stones' are visually different sizes! poor communication about extra 11% tax on arrival, no proof of identity needed for collection (let someone else in house sign without identity) for expensive purchase
