My experience was fantastic. I was worried they were a sketchy company due to the aged appearance of the website, but after thorough research and a great experience, I can say they did a great job. The individual page for the diamond I bought could have used some clarification, but I got exactly what I wanted for a stellar price. The rep Gil Paz did a great job of soothing my worries and getting me the information I needed. May God bless their faithful work in this market.

I've never bought a ring online previously so was a bit nervous. I had no need to be, the service has been excellent and my ring arrived today and is stunning. Have used them a few times now - and will use them again. The chat facility on the website is always very helpful. I have bought loose stones from this website - and recently diamond earrings. I like the fact that they only use 'eye-clean' stones for the jewellery, unlike the vast majority of other websites that use misleading images.

Bad quality.

I purchased a stone, but received an email that it had subsequently been deemed not up to their standards. They offered a replacement ( which was larger) at no additional cost. The stone I received is Magnificent! I am retired, living on Soc Security, so buying a stone on the internet was scary for me. Don’t hesitate! You will not be sorry.

Offered some loose stones to them for sale, without any reason or acknowledgement they closed the chat and blocked responses. Weird and unprofessional.

I have bought diamonds, sapphires and a custom made bi-metal setting from Israel Diamonds. I found their service to be truly excellent. The principal actually rang me to talk through the detail of the ring design and what could or could not be done - I live in Australia! Their prices are also quite reasonable and product descriptions accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend them. BTW - many people have commented on the pink sapphire ring they made for my wife saying it's the most beautiful ring they have ever seen.

High quality and really affordable!

They had interesting products at average prices. But the website is horrible to navigate and hard to find whatever you are looking for. I would definetly adivse them to rebuild that.
