Great Company… From making the first inquiry to the excellent after sales service Swadlincote Windows have been amazing. Every person we spoke to was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. We were very impressed with the quote and the timescale quoted to install. The products are excellent quality and we were thrilled to go ahead and have all our windows and doors replaced, they even took care of bricking up our old back door and matched the bricks perfectly. I would happily recommend Swadlincote Windows to anyone… no pushy sale people just a really good local company who care about their customers.

Lovely people to deal with from the office staff, the surveyor and the two 'lads' who fitted the bifold. All promises kept re appointments and fitting. All information very clear and at the end of the day a quality bifold fitted with everything left clean and tidy. We also had an explanation of how it operates. Matt and Dave came out on a very frosty morning to fit my new composite front door. They were skilled and competent and completed the work to a high finish. Afterwards they explained what they had done and how my new key works. They cleared the site beautifully and went the extra mile for me. Swadlincote Windows fitted my front door many years ago and recently they fitted new triple glazed windows, French doors and a garage door. Whilst there were a few issues with the garage door installation, all were resolved with excellent customer service. I'm extremely pleased the quality of the finished products and the overall service I received.

From start to finish this has been outstanding. It started with the salesman Matt. He explained everything I needed to know about an electric roller garage door. I choose the Hormann door. Honestly so glad Matt showed me this style. The quality is outstanding and way above stuff garolla etc supply. He also did his best to get it fitted before Christmas. He delivered and should be wearing a cape. The fitters Jack and Andy, arrived bang on time. I love punctuality. There work is great and they was very polite. The install went smoothly and Jack and Andy were trusted with my house to themselves and left the work site very clean and tidy. We've just had a porch, bay window and two upstairs windows replaced and I can not fault the excellent level of service, from original quote through to completion of the job. Tim and Gage, the fitting team, were excellent. They worked diligently, were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and made a great effort to ensure that the job was completed to a high standard. They had to overcome some challenging 'on the job' issues, doing so with a great professional attitude and some effective creative thinking, helped with good backup from the factory team also when required. They worked very hard throughout... Everything was tidied up at the end of each day and site left as you'd expect. Great effort lads/Swad windows team, we will be definitely following up with you for future planned updates to our home.

We've just had our front door and windows fitted and we are absolutely delighted with the finish and quality of workmanship. Pete, Andy and Aaron were excellent throughout the fitting process, nothing seemed too much trouble, keeping us informed on what they were doing and how things were progressing making what could be a very stressful time a smooth and positive experience, and we would recommend them as well as Swadlincote Windows. First Contact from Andy Roddis who came to brief me on the products available to the lady in the showroom, (sorry didn't get her name) who helped me choose the door and furniture. Special mention to the fitting team Matt,Calum,and Paul who carried out a very professional installation and cleaned up after themselves which is very rare these days and with good banter. All in all a very pleasant and stress free experience.
