I write 3 emails about my order… no answer… after almost 1 month they told me they lost my package adn only refund my money back. Whole month my money was blocked from my account and i have no info about my order. Very disappointed.

Tried more than 10 times to pay at Checkout page, not even with my PayPal or credit card that worked perfectly on other sites. When I clicked proceed to payment, it was redirected to Adyen or something like that and then returned to Cruyff and an error message on the payment was displayed. I wrote to report the problem since September 8th and still waiting for the answer. Now, the sneakers I wanted are not available on my size. Really bad experience. UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me, got the sneakers I wanted from the warehouse in my size, and sent them rapidly. They sent a direct link for me to pay. A fantastic way to turn around a bad experience and make it superb!
