As a UK customer, if you suppose there's a fair chance you would wish to return an item bought from this store, you are better off finding another store to buy it from. Do not buy from this store unless you are absolutely certain about the contents of your order. The returns procedure for UK customers is impractical. Their customer service do practically nothing to help. The purchased item was delivered within the appropriate timeframe. However, the item was too small to fit and tried to return it via DHL Service Point in a nearby shop (according to the returns procedure on the Cruyff website). Turns out you need a specific number to post the item via DHL; a number not provided in the contents of the Cruyff order. This means you would either be unable to post the item, or you would have to pay an absurd amount for postage that you'll probably be better off just not returning the item. It's evident the managers of the Cruyff online store need to sort out the returns procedure for UK customers.

Even terug komen op mijn vorige bericht dat de klanten service niet goed was bij Cruyff door een communicatie fout. Ik heb inmiddels email contact gehad met Vicktor van Cruyff en die heeft alles echt alles super netjes afgehandeld helemaal top👌 zeer tevreden groetjes van een tevreden klant

Gevraagd waar de bestelling blijft krijg ik een formulier voor een beoordeling 👎👎. Bestelling niet geleverd op de beloofde werkdagen

Snelle levering. Goede kwaliteit. Niet alle items gehouden omdat er andere verwachtingen waren naar aanleiding van de plaatjes op de site.
