Por parte del vendedor +D CONTI no he recibido ninguna respuesta, pero el fabricante CRUYFF se ha volcado totalmente y me ha resuelto el problema. I received an email from CRUYFF regarding promotions. I entered the site and purchased some items. I entered my address and proceeded with my order. I made the payment and got information about my delivery. At no stage was I informed about the import duty I will have to pay. After a few days I received an email from a company requesting VAT and import charges. I was in shock and contacted CRUYFF. The communication was very slow, very patronising and condescending. The service assistant who wasn't any help, directed me to the terms and condition where in the small print it states customers are responsible for the tax, which was a third of the order cost. I've never read T&C when ordering online. I would expect CRUYFF to state this at checkout. I was shocked at this and very frustrated. I won't be ordering from CRUYFF again. I still haven't received my order and its been a fortnight.
