Talking tax with HMRC was a helpful webinar to answer a few more questions about the potential of MTD and its introduction for landlords. I would have liked there to be more emphasis on the approved software options specific to landlords.

I have been dealing with Shradha on a complicated issue and she has been absolutely incredible in dealing with the whole situation. I couldn't be happier with her customer service. My only comment would be that it is pretty hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone, but the Live Chat function is excellent and Customer Service is very responsive via this method. Additionally, you do not get handed around multiple people, which is really appreciated when trying to get to the bottom of an issue.

It was more of an academic seminar I would have liked it to be more practical It was far too long and should have spent more time answering questions would have improved the attention span

The speaker from HMRC didn’t have the best presentation skills. Too much information on each slide. Too many slides, went too quickly and too much jargon. She didn’t have a good understanding of her audience.

An excellent and informative webinar. Quite an eye-opener. I had no idea tax was going to get so complicated! Now I'm looking at getting my books in order to prepare for the changes. If I start to cultivate good habits now (keeping on top of digital records), I'll be more prepared for 2024. Thanks Mashroom!
