This is the second time I have used emoov and the experience was very easy. We did opt to do viewings ourself (you can pay) which is obviously more effort than if a local estate agent does it for you but we found that people like to be shown round by owners as we could answer all their questions on the spot. We could also point out the best aspects of the house much better than someone who doesnt know the property. The website was easy to use and booking viewings was also really easy. The photos and floor plan were very good standard. We were under offer within 5 days - this is likely partly driven by property and the area. Would definitely recommend emoov especially considering it is also alot cheaper than a traditional agent!

Jason and Abigail have been exceptional so far throughout the process. They are straight talking and don’t go into jargon making it easy to understand. The portal is a great tool and easy to manage. Viewings are made through this and your not having to deal with endless phone calls which I didn’t want. I am still going through the process but no issues so far. If you want viewings and feedback you can control and straight talking advice use Emoov.

I have over 40 years experience of selling property and estate agents and can say that Emoov made the entire process extremely easy. Representatives were professional and enthusiastic in all areas of the process. Their attention to detail is second to none, their photographer was excellent and their first point of contact was so genuinely enthusiastic and knowledgeable that I had no hesitation in choosing Emoov to market the house - selling within a month at well over the asking. I do think that the degree of personal interest shown by Emoov[Abigail Day] both to myself and in terms of her interaction with and providing information to the purchasers played a significant part in securing that sale.

Fantastic company to deal with. They use a professional photographer to take the property photos- which is critical in the marketing of the property. Having used high street agents in the past, I can honestly say that the photos produced by the emoov recommended photographer far exceed any that we have had produced before. I can highly recommend.

**UPDATE** Emoov attempted several times to have this review removed stating "can't identify this review as a genuine customer" despite having previously phoned me directly and asked me to remove it already - very underhand! Emoov’s follow up also indicates how “happy” we are with the service according to their logged conversations - perhaps they don’t log any complaints as this also couldn’t be further from the truth and is a total fabrication - we couldn’t be more disappointed with the experience we have had. There was also no request for anything to alter the review, it seems that there is a concerted effort on the part of Emoov to remove or discredit genuine negative reviews. For anyone considering using Emoov I would recommend ringing up and trying to get a callback prior to doing anything - it is virtually impossible. Prior review; We have just paid and listed a property with the "new" company 'Mashroom' running Emoov. When we ran into problems approving the listing it is impossible to get a callback or speak to anyone. When you phone up all calls just go through to a generic call center that isn't actually anything to do with Emoov themselves and is effectively a glorified answering service. Having tried in excess of 15 times on one day to get a call back (which never happened) I am tearing my hair out as to how exactly we can even get hold of this company. I noticed many other bad reviews had a follow up telling people to contact an email address @mashroom.com (can't put the whole thing here as per trustpilot reviews) but this doesn't even exist. So much for complaints handling.

I'm an ex House Network customer. HN went into administration and emoov kindly offered all HN customers the opportunity to re-list with them for free. Getting my property back on the market with emoov has been really straightforward, all completed very quickly with a little help from the emoov customer support team. The emoov website is easy to use - all is there to see in plain sight when creating your advert. Booking viewings is very easy to do too. First impressions are excellent, would recommend emoov.

I put my property on the market with Emoov back in October 2018. This was sold two weeks after. Nathan in the customer service team was great. He kept me update through the sales progression. I was going to pull out of the sale because at that time I never had anyway to move to. I called Emoov customer service in December 2018 and asked for their advice. The person I spoke to said that I can pull out and I will still have approx. 11 months marketing left, however I was not advised that Emoov was going into administration. This is the reason why I have rated my review as 4 stars. Thanks again Nathan if he is still working for the new company. MC

Emoov were very kind to offer to list me free of charge after Housenetwork went into administration with no notice. They got me back on pretty quickly and also promoted my house on social media. The staff have been great so far contacting me to check everything is fine so hoping to sell soon!

Recently listed with House Network who of course went into administration leaving me almost £1k down the pipe and my property no longer on the market. I'd had an interested party and an offer on the table but this was lost when they collapsed which then meant I almost lost the property I'd had an offer accepted on. What a nightmare. Luckily I'd learned that Emoov were offering a free listing service for House Network customers and I thought this is too good to be true! However, I contacted them by email, they asked for a few documents and literally within an hour my property was back on the market. I was able to use all the property details, photos and EPC from the previous listing and upload it all to the Emoov portal, really easy! Communication with them has been excellent so far and I'm just so pleased that I still have a chance with the house I was interested in, the vendor has agreed to give me a couple of weeks to try and sell. Fingers crossed for lots of viewings and that my property sells quickly! Thanks to Emoov for getting me pulled out of a tricky situation with the collapse of House Network, really appreciated! Update: I got an asking price offer within 2 days of it being on the market with Emoov. All is progressing well. Well chuffed with everything.

Like others, I had to endure the uncertainty of tepilo going into admin and even when emoov took the company over I had some initial problems with contact and getting my property advertised again. However once I had spoken in person to an agent called Jason things moved nicely and although I had to do my own viewings - the place is now under offer - so initially painful but good recovery and if it all comes off, satisfied customer

Terrible company, went in to administration, leaving me with a credit agreement with Shawbrook for no service. Update, now Emoov are trying to remove this review!
