After seeing a few negative reviews amongst many positive I was somewhat apprehensive about whether or not to go with Emoov but I'm very aware some people can become disgruntled easily. My concerns were eased after speaking with the advisor and I'm so pleased with my choice! I'm not new to buying and selling houses but this was the first time using Emoov. Reason for using were as follows; cheaper than their competitors, professional photographer and access to all online selling platforms. I placed my house on the market Friday. Had 11 viewings within 6 days, with 2 offers placed. Sold my house in 7 days 10k above what I expected. Communication between myself and Emoov was marvellous. Which was pleasing considering this is an online estate agent. I will be using Emoov for my future sales. Thank you to the team at Emoov especially Hilary who was amazing at the negotiation process!

Not sure how they plan to sell houses when their search function is so terrible. I search for my large city and instead get results literally hundreds of miles away. This is something very basic that they should really not have problems with.

Top class service suited my lifestyle, as being at work all day I had full control on when potential buyers could view my property this included evenings and weekends. No pressure from agents and completely my own choice on how to market my own property. Full back up service from an Emoov agent who was helpful, knowledgeable and available on the phone every time I had cause to get in touch. All this and at a very reasonable price,saved a considerable amount compared to a high street estate agent. Not everybody's 'cup of tea' but did for me what it said on the tin, would recommend and would certainly use again.

Hilary Cleeton is a woman in a mission to completion ! After a few issues with Solicitor and Buyers the first time round, we had to re market, which is when Hilary personally took over. She did not stop until the job was done, and was available to reply to any questions , chase the solicitors and the buyers up herself, which she did almost daily, especially towards the end. The fees I paid to sell with emoove were more than reasonable and saved us around £3,000. I paid the flat standard fee before marketing of around £895 which pays for a years marketing or you can pay a higher fee after sale completes as with a high street Estate agents if you prefer. The online app is fantastic. You can set when you want to do viewings and when you don't, You can accept or decline offers, and adjust/add to details of property yourself. The company used to take the photos was excellent and showed out property in its best light. Thank you to Hilary and emoove for all your work. I'd use them again and recommend them.

Hilary was nothing but helpful and attentive during our buying process. As first time buyers, she informed us of every step. Using the online system to book viewings and even make offers was so convenient and I think it was a huge reason we fell in love with the house - we were able to easily see it and organise with the owners when a good time was. I would definitely use Emoov again, and hope there will be an app by then!

If your thinking of selling your property online then DO NOT choose Emoov, my experience of them has been horrendous, they didn’t provide a for sale sign, my property couldn’t be found by putting my village name in Rightmove, there negotiator is patronising, egotistical and uneducated, the director couldn’t be bothered answering any emails or calls. After complaining may times, they took my property off the market without informing me, then threatened me if I didn’t pay their fee in full! I wish I’d chosen A more professional company like Purplebricks! As bad experience go, emoov came out on top!

Quick and efficient service, staff excellent & easy to contact. Online systems are slick and easy to manage. Why pay 1 to 3 % when this service is available??!!
