I was really nervous because I had never shipped a vehicle before, and I read a lot of different reviews where people said they had been taken advantage of because they didn't understand the industry. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I hardly ever write reviews, but am incredibly impressed with the service Phil and Eugene provided. I had never shipped my car before and had a lot of questions about the process. My car was shipped from FL to WA. Eugene (the broker) saved me 300$ by fighting for the best carrier - which I am very grateful for. Phil (the driver) totally exceeded my expectations. My car arrived 3 days earlier than promised and he clearly communicated throughout the entire process. As the cherry on top, he was incredibly and genuinely polite. I HIGHLY recommend Phil and Eugene. Thanks guy!
