Working with my representative Derek to transport my car from NC to WA was seamless. That was a huge blessing as moving from coast to coast is a feat with a very long to-do list. He explained the process from the contract signing to delivery and everything went according to plan. It took 8 days for my car to arrive. I like that multiple before and after pictures were taken. I highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises!

I had a very good experience with their service. Their employee was very proactive and kept me updated thru the process. The driver was also very responsive and through out the towing process, I was updated on his progress along the road. When he arrived, he also let me know about the road situation, been in a subdivision, and we made alternate arrangements to have my car delivered. I am extremely happy with the price and service.👍🤩

This Company really helped me transport my car from San Francisco to San Diego when other companies I tried first failed. I tried to transport my car from San Francisco to San Diego for 5 days, and all other companies kept making promises and didn't come through. I was really stuck, but on the 6th day of trying, I called Crystal Car Transport, because it was a Sunday, they promised to transport it by Monday. The Next day around 11am, the driver called me from San Jose and arrived in San Francisco by 1pm on that Monday. He took the car and delivered it next day smoothly. I was very happy with their services.
