Whenever I'm contacted the staff are always friendly and helpful but in a professional way. I have spoken with the same person (Luke) on several occasions which is also very reasurring. I always get lots of relevant information and I feel confident they are doing the best for me.

Everything was so great I couldn't help worrying a tiny bit that I had been somehow scammed, but it was all legit.

An excellent response time. Craig dealt with me very professionally, politely and patiently. (I'm a bit of an old girl and need to be dealt with that way!) Thank you Craig, for your help in searching for a cheaper electricity tariff, for us. Even though we use minimal electricity you still managed to save us money! And there is no charge whatsoever for this service. Amazing!

Got a call within minutes of entering my details on the web site. Their representative was very friendly and helpful and wasn't at all pushy. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we managed to agree the transfer of my electricity contract to another supplier at a decent rate. They even provided the termination letter for sending to my current supplier.
