These guys have to cover so many points in the phone call that they tend to speak pretty fast to get through it all. As I have something of a hearing problem, I sometimes don't catch it all and we have to backtrack - irritating for me, and probably for them too! They do a great job!

France | 23 April 2013From the moment I enquired about the possibility of switching energy provider, everything was taken care of and I was guided through the sometimes frustrating process of making the switch. Very good prices were offered, I didn't need to contact any energy provider myself. Termination letters were provided for me to sign and send, any queries were handled by EAL, meaning any communication was made on my behalf by "friends" who knew the ins and outs of energy. The frustrating part is the response from existing energy providers who make switching difficult.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2013I initially made an enquiry online to find a cheaper Fixed Rate deal for our Gas supply and have now also achieved a better Fixed Rate for the Electricity as well! We will make savings in excess of £2,000 over the next 12 months! The service received was excellent and the process to change suppliers is all taken care of. Will definitely use again when the Fixed Rates mature. Thank you Nathan!
