We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Tropicana. The villa is well positioned close to supermarkets and local bus stops. It is a very peaceful location but in easy reach of amenities. Nina and Nathan were amazing hosts going above and beyond. Their professional and friendly approach made us feel very welcome and at home at Casa Tropicana. We arrived to a very much appreciated Welcome Pack which is a lovely touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa and Nina and Nathan as hosts.

Casa Tropicana is a lovely, peaceful, comfortable and very well equipped Villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. With the supermarket and old harbour within 10/15 minutes walk and an easy taxi ride to and from the airport, it is perfectly situated. Truly a home from home. Nina and Nathan are great hosts and very welcoming.

The rio del casa villa is amazing everything you want and more. Location is excellent too not too far from shops, bars and seafront. Nina and nathan hosts go above and beyond their duties and are friendly and professional. Cannot recommend this villa enough.

Everything is clean and of good quality. You will have everything you need. Nina and Nathan have put alot of thought into how they would like their guests to be happy during the stay. 💯 correct. Lanzarote Sunshine Villas offer the best properties that suit our needs, that we have found in seven visits to this idyllic island. Nina and Nathan must be commended in their attention to detail and first class service - they are the font of all knowledge and always available when needed. We stayed at Casa del Rio - a two bedroom villa set behind the Rui Paradisio that fronts the beach of Los Pocolas. The property is very comfortable with all modcons including an air-fryer and coffee machine. Fantastic outside space lots of areas to sit, both all day sun and shaded areas. Lovely heated pool and hot-tub carefully tended twice a week by Nathan. A long with two other premises, we visited Casa Tropicana for future reference, Lanzarote Sunshine Villas are set up to create a home-from-home environment in the temperate climate of the Canaries. To sum up - book direct and meet the property owners, you can’t fail to have a lovely relaxing holiday at the pace you set yourselves. NB don’t book Casa Del Rio in February!!! We want it!!!!

We have just had a month at Lazy Daze. The villa is perfectly situated with a lovely view and although it is on a main road it is very quiet. The beds and seating are very comfortable and every attempt has been made to make it a home from home. We were a group in our 50s, 60s,70s and 80s and all found the villa perfect for our needs. The pool was lovely and warm and the hot tub was an extra bonus. Nina and Nathan could not be faulted and were always there for anything no matter how big or small. Lazy Daze rekindled my love for Lanzarote.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday with the family at 'Casa Tropicana'. The villa was stunning, immaculate and the facilities were great. Everything you needed in the villa and more. The attention to detail was second to none. The whole outdoor space and pool was immaculate too and had plenty areas to sunbathe and to sit and socialise. A welcome pack was also provided which was a great addition to the villa. We were celebrating my daughters 30th birthday and Nina and Nathan kindly provided big 30 balloons, this was very thoughtful of them. They were exceptional hosts, nothing was any trouble and they also booked our mini bus for our return to the airport. Thanks again Nina and Nathan from the Young family and we will definitely be back to stay in one of your wonderful villas in the near future.

This was a return trip for us at Casa Del Rio, as always Nina and Nathan were fantastic, welcome pack is a lovely touch and very generous, the Villa is perfect for us with great outdoor space, privacy and close enough to the main strips to walk in/out. It’s great knowing that you are in safe hands with Nina and Nathan. We are already planning a return trip so hope to see you both soon :)

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday with friends at Casa Tropicana. The villa is perfect in every way, absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and had everything we could possibly want for a truly relaxing holiday. Everything was perfect from the interior decor to the pool, garden, and outside terrace with comfortable furniture. It's definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in. The owners, Nina and Nathan were lovely hosts, available if you needed them. They were so kind and helpful, especially when we had a medical emergency. Nina's help with the doctor was very reassuring. The location of the villa is great, a 10 minute walk into the old town where there are plenty of good restaurants. We had some lovely food out, never a bad meal. There are also plenty of taxis about if you don't feel like the walk back. We'll definitely return, so glad we have this 'go to' place for the future!

Just back from a fabulous 10 days holiday over Christmas & New Year in the stunning Casa Tropicana, Nina & Nathan are excellent hosts even beautifully decorating the villa for the festive season, facilities were second to none, from cleanliness to the very welcome pack no stone was left unturned. We will definitely be back and have highly recommended Lanzarote Sunshine Villas to friends & family. We returned home to freezing temperatures totally relaxed and ready to take on the New Year. Xx

Just got home from a fabulous 10 night stay at Casa Del Rio . Nina and Nathan are the hostests with the mostests, fantastic service and communication from booking to arriving. The location of this wonderful Villa for us was perfect not far away from bars restaurants and supermarkets. We found the outdoor space brilliant heated pool , hot tub , outside dining area… what more could anyone ask for . It comes as no surprise that this beautiful Villa gets booked up quickly . Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😉

Having found this little gem by being ‘nosey’ and staying in the hotel opposite, we decided to book it once we returned home. The villa had everything we needed, very clean as well as a heated pool and hot tub. Left there feeling very relaxed and have given the details to a couple of friends. For once I was happy to have been nosey

Just back from a wonderful 10 days in Lanzarote and staying at villa Lazy Daze owned by the lovely Nathan and Nina. The villa was perfect for our group of 6 and is immaculately clean and has everything you need to make your holiday perfect including a very generous welcome pack. It’s like a home from home. The pool is heated and the outdoor seating area is in an elevated position giving amazing views of the sea and mountains. First time in Lanzarote for some of our group so Nina was on hand to provide links to restaurants, places of interest etc. The villa is about a 15min walk to the seafront and about 5mins to Lidl. We hired a car to explore the island and also bikes on another day which was fabulous as there is a great cycle lane on the seafront. We would not hesitate to book this villa again as it was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Nina and Nathan were always on hand if we had any queries about anything.

We discovered this beautiful villa after being ‘caught’ by Nina being nosey looking through gaps while we were staying at the RIU in February 😂 she showed us around and we loved it and immediately booked when we got home! The villa is in a perfect location with brilliant facilities, immaculately clean and everything you will need. Nina & Nathan were fab hosts, left a generous welcome pack and popped in to say hi on 1st day. Pool was heated and perfect as was the hot tub. Utility facilities were great and we returned home to a very cold November UK with all our washing done! Will definitely be returning and have already recommended to friends. Beautiful villa so so clean and everything you would need is provided. Nina and Nathan were excellent hosts and such a lovely couple. Can’t wait to go back to one of their villas hopefully soon.

Lazy Daze is a stunning villa, spotlessly clean, spacious and full of little touches to make you feel at home. Linens, towels etc are of great quality, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bedroom storage is plentiful. Great little utility area too, with washing machine and lines, should you need it. Lovely as well that the villa is on two levels, the lower pool/hot tub and sunbathing area is also spacious, clean and well looked after. Nina & Nathan could not be more helpful, and leave you a generous welcome pack for your arrival. We would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact, when we return to Lanzarote we will not stay anywhere else ! We had a wonderful week, and Lazy Daze was a big part of it ❤️ x

We have been visiting Lanzarote for over 30 years and can honestly say 'Casa Tropicana' is the nicest villa we have stayed in. Great location and presented so well by Nina & Nathan (Lanzarote Sunshine Villas). The villa was immaculate and spotlessly clean and had everything you could have possibly wanted, from the impressive welcome pack to the lovely outside furniture with clean, comfortable cushions, absolutely perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for Nina & Nathan, we did have a small issue with the electrics but Nathan came round within 10 minutes and sorted it out. We would highly recommend 'Casa Tropicana', equally Nina & Nathan (LSV) who were excellent to deal with. Keep up the good work and we will hopefully see you soon.

We have stayed at Casa del Rio several times and twice since the new owners, Nathan and Nina have taken over. It cannot be faulted - they have provided absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay, nothing is too much trouble. The villa is well located with plenty of outdoor space for dining, relaxing and sun bathing. It is tastefully decorated and immaculate throughout. We will definitely be going back.
