Excellent.. after my initial hiccup over my first Christmas order I thought I would try it out again & again & again each of my further 3 orders were delivered within days of purchase, I must say the gins I’ve tried so far are excellent.. the Neptune is the smoothest gin I’ve tried, Adnams was my previous favourite, but Eden Mills has taken over. Well done 👏

I didn’t get my product on time but the company have apologised which is good and dealt with the problem. Good customer service

Ordered as a last minute gift for Christmas. Although ordered before their cut off with postal/delivery issues I was unsure whether this would arrive in time. When I messaged to check on my order I received a lovely message back saying they had done everything they could to ensure its delivery before Christmas but any issues to keep them posted on. Thankfully it did and one happy husband on Christmas. Very pleased with customer service and product - will be back to order again soon.

Still awaiting my deliveries! Paid for and ordered in time for guaranteed before Christmas delivery, can’t get a hold of anyone phone just rings off the hook! No one responds to emails! I’m owed a refund!

Lovely Box set. Delivery was quite slow but could have been down to the carrier. Communication was good, would buy again.

The product is great and was presents for friends however the delivery service poor. 1st attempt it stated couldn’t find address.The driver must have knocked the door with a sponge on the second attempt at delivery. I was sitting in living room at time stated. I have 2 dogs that can hear a pin drop 3 streets away and delivery was “attempted” at 9.20pm. No one was at my door!

No glasses received in the 12 gin gift box.

The delivery was quick and I was kept up to date all the way. It came very well packed. The gin was a present for my husband - red wine cask aged gin. It was such a lovely gin presented in a lovely bottle. Will definitely buy again and definitely recommend you. Thank you.
