Update: have just received confirmation delivery will be Wednesday 14th December. Will amend score if this happens. Ordered and paid for on 1 December and not received. No communication and phone line is not answered. Order status on my account shows as closed and shipped on 2 December but no shipping reference has been provided. Not received and no way to find out if it is lost or on its way. These are Christmas gifts and I will have to now try and get another 2 presents if they are not received in the next few days. I won’t order again from Eden Mill.

I placed an order on 28th November and still haven’t received it! After numerous emails and no answer on the telephone, I’m beginning to think this is a scam and I’m never receiving the goods! I have had one email advising the goods will be here and they had so many orders during back Friday but this is ridiculous and still kept in the dark! So frustrating with the lack of communication and I will never buy from them again.

Oh dear reading these reviews do I even bother writing a email placed my order 29th November received a email from DPD saying they were going to deliver 1st December wow I thought that's quick then I've clicked where's my parcel and they don't even have it yet! Order number 219183, if your having difficulty then a simple email to your customers might put their minds at rest, hope you sort things out and I will change my review accordingly 😊 EDIT order arrived in good condition today. Order acknowledged 26/11. Delivered 7/12 and only after I had driven from Dundee to St Andrews. Website phone number was unobtainable. An email went unanswered. Delay at this time of year understandable but impossibility of communicating with the firm is not acceptable. Notification of delivery was promised but did not happen. Decent gin, poor service

Non receipt of order and zero communication.

Ordered the product on the 23rd November, paid for it on the 25th of November and received no notification from company regarding any delay until I tried to get my money back for non receipt of product. Product arrived 7th December and looks great but have reduced my grading for the lack of communication with customer regarding the lateness of delivery.

Placed order 25 November. Received email stating delivery on 28 Nov, that would have been a five star rating right there. Next email tells me delivery is 6 December, now passed with no delivery. DPD still say they have yet to receive the order. these are Christmas gifts that need to be distributed to Family outwith my area. This experience will sway my future business.

Took a while to arrive but the wait was worth it.

Email from the brewery on 25 November stated delivery would be 28 November. Waited all day for nothing. Email on 29 November stated delivery would 6 Dec. Waited all day, again nothing. DPD Local website shows still waiting on my parcel. Complete lack of any truthful correspondence or explanations. Really poor service.

The parcel of gin was due to arrive on 29th November and has still not arrived

Took payment, Slow delivery, their telephone automatically disconnects! (which worried me) Received an initial email stating delivery would be 28th Nov, Goods did eventually arrive but not until 11th Dec Although no issue with the product or indeed the packaging, This will be last purchase from Eden Mill.
