The delivery should have been received on 25th November, the delivery company have still not received it, I have emailed Eden mill three times and had no reply, no one answers the phone line tried all day yesterday and either engaged or ringing out, no message facility. It is now 8 days after my promised delivery date and nothing.

Eden Mill sent me an email saying my parcel would be delivered on Tuesday 22 November. It didn't arrive until Wednesday 30th, after I had emailed & called them several times. Not good enough!

Easy website good products and good prices. Unfortunately having to be in to take delivery of goods ordered is a pain if you work and live alone...more flexibility around leaving in safe place (as other companies do) would be far better and much more efficient.

Really easy to order, however, on this occasion, quite a wait on delivery! Not the usual speedy service.

The product from Eden Mill was, as has been every year, up to standard, as described and well packed, unfortunately the same cannot be said of the courier company you use, they are useless, unhelpful and, for want of a better phrase, a bunch of cowboys, i will no longer be ordering online from companies who use them

Very pleased with the product but Eden Mill delayed sending the goods to DPD causing delay and worry that the present wouldn’t arrive in time. Arrived after I emailed Evden Mill
