Delivery was scheduled for Monday but arrived on Thursday - 3 days late. 20% Offer code provided which was great yet when ordering there was no ability online to enter code and I was charged full price. I emailed customer service on day of purchase and as yet 10days later I have not had a response The gin is lovely. My favourite. The customer service and delivery is terrible and not reflective of the high quality gin. Service was amazing during 2020. What’s happened?!

I received my special blend that I created in May 2019! It was packaged well and traveled from Scotland to the US without any problems. I only wish that you shipped directly to the US, I had to wait until my husband came over for The Open and had it shipped to where he was staying. Not sure when I will be able to reorder again:( I love the gin and hope that at some point you can ship to NC.

Disappointed having paid circa £85 for a display memorability bottle of whisky that the the box was damaged on delivery. Otherwise looks good and not worried about the drink quality just disappointed in display quality.

Seriously, I've tried many gins from different locations and Eden Mills Foragers Gin is magnificent. It's incredibly full of subtle flavours and doesn't need anything fancy, or with a twist, to make this the perfect summer afternoon beverage. I'm already planning on buying my third bottle, less than a month after getting the first!

The product I ordered was lovely and it was well packaged. For a £6 delivery charge I was expecting the delivery to be either next day or 48hr but it wasn’t and there was a distinct lack of delivery and dispatch information updates. I had to use a contact form a few days after ordering to ask when it would be delivered which after a slow response (another 2 days) they said it had been delivered that day, which it had been. Slow delivery with no tracking information.

I was sent an email telling me my delivery would be on Wednesday, made sure someone was home all day and no delivery came. Dpd attempted to deliver on Thursday and Friday when me and my partner had to work so after speaking to Eden Mills on the phone and via email long story short the only option I had was to pay an extra £5 to have dpd deliver on the Saturday as the delivery was a gift for my father on father's day which was the Sunday. So I was £5 out of pocket and never received a goodwill gesture for my inconvenience. Probably last time I order a gift from the website.
