It took a week to deliver from guardbridge to dundee

First time shopping with you. Ordered a bottle of gin online as a present for Father’s Day. Checked the contents of the bag and discovered I had been given the wrong one. Returned to the store to have it exchanged for the correct bottle. The assistant seemed adamant that the mistake was mine even after I showed my email confirmation. I also had asked for a gift card but didn’t receive one. Quite a disappointing experience but hopefully the gin will make up for it. I don’t normally post negative reviews so apologies if you feel I am whinging!

Purchased the 12 Gins of Eden Mill Gift Set - it looked beautiful, arrived promptly and safely, excellent service and updates throughout. The recipient loved it and informs me it is a Sunday night treat to sample each gin with the recommended accompaniments. If you are a gin lover or know someone who is highly recommended.

Beautiful gift pack with drinking glasses in a lovely box. Also ordered an awarding winning bottle of gin. Appropriate presents for a friend’s birthday and retirement …. especially as we were once students at St. Andrews many years ago. Sadly …..There was no separate gift card but just a note on the order form. So glad I decided to order it here and not directly to her. Would definitely have liked a separate gift card of the same design as the presentation box. Wonderful gift…..and it arrived quicker than I expected. Thanks 😀

My first order arrived and the bottle wasn’t very well presented. Labels were askew, etc. I asked for a replacement which they were very kind to organise and even sent me an extra bottle too! 5 stars!
