Bought two bottles of the hibs whisky for my partners 30th , opened one and it’s absolutely awful. I complained and was told they’d refund the I unopened bottle - gave me a list of reasons as to why it tasted like gin mixed with a peaty whisky- and refused to do anything else. I shared the open bottle with several sled professed whisky lovers and no one liked it, it was truly undrinkable. Clearly you’re cashing in on the fact it’s a collectible and not many folk would open it ….

I always order from Eden mill the mixology cocktails are amazing. I unfortunately got a batch that wasn’t quite right. I can not praise the service enough. I let the Eden mill team know something wasn’t quite right and they got back to me quickly and resolved the issue within a week including me getting my perfect replacement. Great customer service and great product. Ps… I am one of those people who never leave a review but this customer service deserved to be recognised.
