I bought the cocktail sampler for my daughter who lives in Dundee. The ordering was smooth, the delivery date was 3 days and everything worked perfectly.

I can fully recommend Eden Mill. Their website is easy to use and their products are nicely displayed. My order arrived quickly. The item was well-packed and I have confidence that any future orders will also arrive safely. The only aspect I can't yet comment on is the whisky itself as it won't be opened until Christmas!

Really bad communication between them and customers. I’ve had a confirmation of my purchase but nothing else. I’ve then tried to contact them which took days and I still haven’t received the item and it was ordered before the Christmas deadline.

Quality product as ever. Bottle well packaged and delivered in timescale.

Products are great. Love them. However, once a product is ordered further dispatch communication is non existent. Please, please just email to say that the package had been dispatched so we know when to expect it. Tracking details would be a delight! Don’t use Yodel though, they’re total pants and you’ll get many unhappy customers.
