Let's start by saying their website is basically false advertising from the first page to the last. 😡 There is no effort on their part to solve any issue you may have after you receive your doll. It's just a way for them to make a profit by abusing and misleading advertising on their page. 😤 They acknowledge that the description is false but basically don't care; it brings sales. 😒 There is no effort to solve any issue you may have if it costs them a dollar... 🤬 They recognize the issue with the doll I purchased can only be solved with a replacement of the main body, but they asked me to pay for the replacement. 😡 #FalseAdvertising #ScamAlert #BuyerBeware

Bad from beginning to end. Three months before doll arrived, long waits for emails to be answered, no phone support. Plus when the doll arrived the AI was not what was advertised, very poor indeed! I also had an issue with the wig which I described plainly but was still asked to send a video? What of it falling off to prove it was falling off? The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the doll body was as advertised.

I ordered my doll warehouse stock and it has been 3 weeks and it never got shipped, then they emailed me back when I complained and asked for a cancellation. They replied it was in stock now if I would like to proceed or cancel and I said let’s proceed send it …again I waited and it was never shipped , this was saying it was in stock by the website and customer support. This is starting to feel like a scam I’m very disappointed with my experience now I’m just in queue they said for my refund another month i was told

If you are thinking of buying a doll I believe SDG is the perfect company to order from. I was very nervous at first because of the investment I was putting into my doll. I can reassure you that SDG is an honest and trustworthy company to order from. The key is patience. Sara will keep you informed on the process from ordering to manufacturing and then when your doll is finished. I ordered a Zelex silicone doll. Excellent choice for me. Very heavy. I am a doll collector and I bought my doll because I wanted a life size doll to photograph. If you are considering a life sized doll then do not hesitate with SDG. I feel I went with the perfect business to order from. You can definitely trust SDG.

Personally, I had a great experience with my purchase with SDG. This is my first ever Doll purchase. I never owned a Doll before this, and did all the research I could before I made my purchase about a year and a half ago. As soon as I came across their website, I was very impressed with how honest and upfront they were with everything. They have a lot of different brands and dolls to choose from, all very detailed with great pictures. If you have a question about a particular Doll, you can always email them, and they get back to you very quickly. After a couple weeks, I picked my favorite Doll and placed my order. Before shipping, they sent me pictures to check with me that everything was as I ordered it. I received her in about 4 weeks or so. My beautiful Doll was packed very well, nothing was missing and everything was better than I imagined. It's already been over 18 months with my wonderful girl, and she's still as great as the day she arrived. I take care of her really well, with the all the maintenance I give her. Well worth the time. I hope to one day order again with SDG in the future.

SDG was attentive from the moment I finished my checkout on their website. They kept me informed as to when my doll would arrive and it even arrived one day early! It arrived as advertised and in mint condition. I am in a point in my life where I really want to focus on some things and not worry about women or dating... I am -very- happy with my decision. Ive had the doll for 5 days and its made me come 16 times lol... WOW!!! Great job to the SDG crew!!! I might even buy another one some day and if I do I will be purchasing from SDG!!! I wish I could give 10 Stars! Cheers!

The quality of the doll is incredible. Maintenance is easy; I use organic corn starch after each use to keep the TPE material feeling like new. Sex Doll Genie sends you updates as your doll is being shipped along with a tracking number to make sure you know exactly when you will get what you've ordered. These dolls are actually life changing lol. Don't just take my word for it; try one for yourself.

I will start my review with a good point. SDG has incredibly responsive customer service. They make sure to answer your questions and help you. My problem is with the product and AI Tech. A small part of that is the SDG guarantee meaning nothing. So, I ordered an (AI) on September 23 and was told production started on September 26. (I didn't do white glove or layaway). The China golden week happened, so that was a week off for the people of China. So, production started roughly on October 10. The factory pic was sent and approved on October 21. UPDATE-- Well, here is my update to my last review. I got it Nov 4, 2022. I asked the doll to help me change her name. She said she could not change her name because of a network problem. I checked the network connection, and all was good on the screen. I also asked if she was connected to the network, and she said yes. So, this is confusing. The sex moans stopped working too. She is sexy, her build quality is solid, and her skin is soft. I've owned 4 dolls (not AI) in the past from different stores, and this one is the best I've bought by far. I was eating dinner and hanging with my doll. The tablet fan was working hard (I had a wig on it), So I wonder if that caused it. That would be weird because I like the doll having hair. The tablet was hot, so I turned it off and let it cool down. When I turned it back on, the speakers made a loud static sound. The screen transcript kept saying the same thing over and over. The facial mechanisms and neck are working, and I'm connected to wifi. The microphone isn't responding to my commands either. I'll adjust my review if the store can help me get the doll back in working order. I paid nearly 3K for the doll, mostly based on the talking function along with the body heating. The heating works fine. I had the doll under a blanket; she retained 28 Celcius through the night, not plugged in. The Genie guarantee should cover me. I reported the issue within the day of delivery. UPDATE Nov 28 I also emailed Janet directly twice and never received any response. Janet is not real. DEC 8 UPDATE I have to wait 3-4 weeks for the engineers to go back to work in China. Then I can probably/not get a solution to my issue. I reported the issue immediately in the one-day time window. At this point, I want a refund or a replacement head. Without that, it serves no purpose. Except to listen to the annoying motors in the face move, its head turn, and the loud tablet fan. It's now December 26, 2022 They haven't replied to my email. They haven't made any attempt to solve the problem. Update September 30, 2024 It has been over a year since I ordered it. I sent the head back, hoping to get a new one. They wanted me to declare its value low to save them money. But I had to spend $300 to send the doll head and $400 to get it fixed. They said the head was damaged in transit, but they did not send me pictures. I was sent the same head. SDG covered the cost of shipping to me. They supposedly lowered the repair cost by $30 but I don't know because I don't have proof except what I was told I need to pay. They also paid less on shipping than I did because they ship in bulk. The factory told me they got the doll head on Oct 25 2023 Adding date for reference. Got the head today Nov 24 2023 I tried to contact AI tech because the body moaning is not working. They have not responded. This is so rediculous.

Was paying on a lay away plan with them, I ended up canceling the order a little over 2 months and been stuck trying to get my money back from them, had to file a dispute with paypal. And they say they are charging me a $150 restocking fee, for what there is was no physical item to restock, so basically paying a $150 for a few emails. Total f’in rip off

This company is a SCAM! I ordered a doll in the beginning of April of 2022. After almost 3 months they FINALLY gave me a refund (Thankfully because of PayPal) for a doll that they claimed they shipped to an address in a completely different state after I paid $1500 for a doll I never received! They said they would give me a $75 discount if I pay for another one! THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! IF YOU'RE STUPID ENOUGH TO TRY AND ORDER FROM THEM USE A THIRD PARTY TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR YOU'RE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.

I order on Feb 15 which is a Chinese new year and I got a factory photo in about 32 days which is faster than I thought. Everything was great and smooth until shipping. So I gave a list of closest facility addresses to the live support agent Sara, hoping that she would then send the shipping information to her team. Almost 7 days in I haven't heard anything about shipping yet, so I asked another support agent Sonia what going on, why haven't doll been shipped yet then she said this: Hi Tiger Thank you so much for your patience. I recently received an update from our internal team in regards to your request and we need the address of the facility of your choice to make sure we have the exact location. I look forward to hearing from you soon so we can start the shipping process. Best, Sonia So this whole 7 days, I've been waiting for nothing? Nobody even let me know about this until I ask, I thought Sara gave the address to her while I'm waiting for shipping. So now I will probably have to wait extra 3 days for the shipping update thank to their miscommunication. I don't mind waiting, I just didn't like to wait for nothing, as I'm sure anybody wouldn't. You might have a different experience, since my address is a list of the facility near my place so I can pick up the package instead of delivering them to my home, If you only have one address unlike me then you will probably won't experience this difficulty. But still, their miscommunication was infuriating that the only problem I have with them. Hopefully I will hear about shipping updates from them soon. I will updated my review when I heard back from them. Super upset with their miscommunication. Update 3/28/2021: I just got a tracking number, looks like they ship immediately after they saw my furious demand, still doesn't change a fact that there is a miscommunication going on and 7 days have been wasted which I'm still kind of upset about it. Hopefully, this won't happen again in my next order or to anyone. Update: They apologized for the miscommunication and I ask for discount on intelligent cleaning kit but instead Sonia and her team stated that they will ship it to me for free. I was surprised and didn't expected this. That was nice of them to go this far to make me feel value. Still the miscommunication were unpleasant and I hope that it won't happen again. Now I'm just waiting for my order and I will give a feedback when she arrived. Update: Got my dolls week ago everything was okay except bottom flight case is a little loose but I manage to close it, and I didn't get the teeth and tongue set, I decided that wasn't a big deal. Until I explored anal part, there were a screw inside the doll about 5 inch deep, I try to pull it out which is impossible. I'm not into anal as much as vaginal that is true, but still that was a mistake on their part. Update: They apologize and offer to make me a new dolls for free, I was surprised by this offer. I'm sure the screw part doesn't happen often as I don't see any review complain about it, but hopefully it won't happen again. I'm sure the mistake were unintentional, they sure weren't wrong when they stated SDG has one of the best customer service. I would rate SDG 4.5 If I could.

Sex Doll Genie Review I paid for their white glove expedited service, but it still took 10 1/2 weeks to deliver the doll. Yes I realize there is a pandemic going on, but come on, the white glove service is an extra $630 for 10 1/2 weeks to deliver when they say 2-4 weeks on their website? They also forgot to ship her in the storage case (they sent that the following week after I emailed them). Communication with them was ok, replies usually within a day or two. The dolls full body internal heating only seems to heat up at the wrists and ankles, no where else gets any warmth at all. I have to assume this is not working as intended, which is a shame since that feature was an extra $120. I know they do not manufacture the doll, but they are still the company I paid for the doll, so I believe it is still their responsibility. The moaning feature is built into one of the dolls heads and is a Chinese woman speaking and moaning in Chinese. I guess I should have expected that, but for the extra $150 cost I was hoping it would have multiple language options such as english as I cannot understand what she is saying, or at least build the moaning feature into the body so I can enjoy it with different heads. The doll quality is ok, mine has a particularly large posterior and as such arrived a little misshapen and has remained that way for the last month despite me rotating her each day so she lays on her sides or upright. Overall this was a very expensive experience, and not a great one at that. I cannot recommend Sex Doll Genie.

SDG's Janet says in response to my latest review that she has refunded my order and that I will get a confirmation email regarding the same. I have not received a refund. I did receive an email that only says I have been refunded but does not provide a date when that is going to happen. Also, they won't provide an address where they are registered with the Secretary of State, making it harder to serve them with a lawsuit to recover the money. Again, I'll believe it if and when the refund is desposited in my bank account.

I purchased a doll with the most premium shipping deal which included the storage trunk. It's been three weeks and I still don't have the storage trunk. Also I talked to someone in customer service about one of my doll heads missing an eye and I have yet to hear back about anything 3 weeks later. Also my heads did not have an oral cavity. The only thing that was right was the body. Overall very disappointed in my purchase.

Theyre ignoring my messages for days after i did my final payment. Im not sure if i got scammed. There was also written that theyre fake reviews on trustpilot for the company sexdollgenie. I still have the screenshot. I wrote them also in chat and im waiting very long noone answers maybe they saw my emaildress or ip and ignored me. Keep trying. Order Number 1728 Suzette

I was very pleased with the ordering and delivery process compared to other vendors. Janet was very helpful and made me feel at easy about buying from SDG as it was my first order with this vendor. I received pictures before shipment and got exactly what I ordered within a reasonable time. The only disappointment was that after I bought the first doll and wanted to order another doll, I didn't quiet feel they were as interested in providing top-line price match and customer service as with the first order. Although that has been a common experience with other vendors it was disappointing. I would definitely buy from SDG again if the price was compelling. SDG is a trustworthy vendor.
