You may still have a risk that the company / LCC go bankrupt ; cannot receive rent or you may not sell out the token at a price you want. Personally advice to start from a small amount if you would like to have a try.

Super site . La gestion est Nikel j’ai investis il y’a plus d’un ans j’ai toujours reçu mes revenus . J’ai essayer de revendre quelque tokens pour voir si sa fonctionnait . J’ai reçu les usdc , j’avais du mal car j’avais pas ajouter les usdc sur gnosies chaîne j’ai envoyer un message Phillipe m’a répondus directement et là acoompagne dans la démarche . Je garde toujours les autres tokens et compte investir . Je pense que real t va aller très loin et je suis content d’être dans le navire . Absolutely ridiculous that we got denied a rental because they can't figure out income based on a 1099 & tax return for it. Between my girlfriends 34k w2 & my 109k 1099 which comes out to a 62k income they said we can afford the $1500.00 apartment. Even after they spoke with my landlord & verified that for the last 5 years we have paid $1150.00 on time. We got denied due to their incompetence.
