An incredible experience. Realty is a platform where I now own 255 properties in the United States, as well as in Panama. This platform has been innovating since I began investing. It allows one to resell properties on a secondary market that has been very liquid from the start, and on the other hand to use properties as collateral to secure a loan that can allow the use of funds for reinvestment on the platform, or for investments such as purchasing equipment, cars, home services in our daily life. Now RealT is ready for Europe and I will be pleased to continue my investment with this great community. I particularly appreciate the transparency of the founders and the team, as a community call is held every week, once in English, and the following week in French. This allows the entire community to be almost daily aware of what is being prepared and what is to come in the future days. There is an extremely active Telegram and Discord community where the founders and the team regularly answer questions that may be asked.

RealT arrive en France, malheureusement avec en partenariat avec Wiseed qui est la pire plateforme crowdfunding avec un taux de retard impressionnant et des défauts multiples. Wiseed prend 0.9% sur tous les investissements, ce sont les seuls à faire ça, leurs levées de fond restent longtemps en collecte car ils ont perdu toute crédibilité aux yeux des investisseurs. Wiseed était pionnier, maintenant ils sont dernier Vu l'historique de Wiseed, pas possible d'investir dans RealT. Très mauvaise pioche pour RealT, ils auraient du attendre un peu pour voir d'autres plateformes avoir les accréditions qu'ils voulaient. Ils ont signé un accord de 2 ans avec Wiseed, en espérant qu'au bout de ces 2 ans, ils comprendront leur erreur.

I read the reviews here before trying RealT out. In light of the one or two negative message, i tried to contact the support before proceeding. I cannot understand how it is possible to say that there is no support. Not only are they super reactive polite and competent, but there is also an entire community that created countless tutorials and guides. So I purchased a RealToken. There was a bit of a learning curve with the "wallet" (I am new to everything crypto) but the support walked me through it. You can tell there has been an incredible amount of work. From the contracts to the disclosures, from the user interface to the real estate itself... all very very professional. I am still learning about lending platforms and "reinvestment properties". RealT is true real estate investment revolution. In short: Real Estate + Blockchain = RealT.

This company is a scam. I was one of their first clients, and I have had endless issues. They try and alter the contracts without consent, returns are suddenly not paid and getting in contact with anyone is impossible because they do not respond. I will be reporting the company and providing documentation to the authorities. Edit: I am fully cognizant of how your company is supposed to work, or at least how you indicate it should work. I find it fascinating that you neglect to address the fact that you attempt to change contracts without consent. You are incorrect regarding the distributions. As usual, your response is not based in fact and you do not address the issues.
