On this occasion, I placed an order, but I was informed that I could expect a 9-day delay in receiving my order, due to a stock issue. However, when I informed Derek from customer service that I was not prepared to wait 9 days for my order, he arranged for a similar product to be dispatched on the day that I made contact. Once my order arrived, I was very pleased with the condition of all the items that I ordered. Aside from the unfortunate delay, which was promptly resolved by Derek, I was pleased with the efficient service that I received.
