Took 15 days to receive the coin and they only sent it after I sent an email asking them where the purchase was. On the other and the coin itself was flawless - very impressed with the quality. Still, a 15 day wait is completely unacceptable.

The items I got from them were fine, however I did raise an issue with them which they stopped replying to me on, which felt a bit rude to be honest, especially considering the amount I spent with them. Their checkout process can potentially change the price again after you've hit the final confirm button, and you can end up being charged more than the amount you thought you were agreeing to with no way of backing out. Their response to me just fell back on 'well if the price had gone down you would've been charged less' - well of course, but that's not what happened, I got charged more than what I thought I'd agreed to pay. You really should have a disclaimer somewhere on the checkout process that says you may change the price after the final 'Confirm' button has been pressed. Otherwise, most customers will assume that the price has been fixed for the duration of the 10 minute timer you display during the checkout process. Response to their reply: Not an accurate depiction of what happened, the amount of time I had the items in my basket is not at all the issue, I'm simply talking about the price changing in between the time you enter the checkout screen and hit the final confirm button. At the time I hit the final confirm button, this was with 7 minutes left on the timer (so 3 minutes after I entered the checkout process) - they are trying to imply this changed because the timer reset, which is just not the case.
