This was my first purchase from chards, the whole thing went perfect till we got to the due diligence, photo of my driving license fine, downloaded pdf of my bank statement ( my fault I sent a yearly summary of my account ), they then sent an email with a link to send the actual bank statement, Bingo got the confirmation order went through and arrived on time and well packaged PERFECT! Been dealing with Chards for a few years now. Their service is first rate and secure, they've never let me down. Prices are competitive.

I called Chards for a tube, as I never see them in stock, Lesley offered to send me one. Later she emailed to let me know my order had already been sent. Chards were too fast! Lesley was very friendly, professional and really looks after long-standing customers (although the service has been the same since my very first order).

Tried to place an order on line but was not successful. Kept being asked to tick a box I'd already ticked. It's a bit of a cumbersome ordering process but I've successfully ordered before and I'm no stranger to online ordering, so it may or may not have been operator error. I phoned for advice and was told someone would call me back. Next day I phoned to ask why no one had and was told it could take up to 24 hours. 24 hours came and went so I sent an email expressing my feelings on the matter. A very pleasant and helpful lady from customer service called soon after and everything was sorted out straight away and to my advantage. She turned a very negative experience into a positive one. I would give her five stars.
