Not the level of service I would expect from a highly reputable dealer like Chards. A lot of glitches throughout the delivery process with incorrect coins being sent to me and then unreturned calls and just a guessing game as to where my order was. When they eventually got it right I was sent my 1oz Gold Britannia in a tiny plastic bag.. the least I would have expected for all the inconvenience and stress they caused was to include a small coin capsule or plastic tub to store my coin in. I appreciate things sometimes do go wrong but the lack of communication was very frustrating. First impressions speak volumes and unfortunately on this occasion my expectations were not met. However I would like to thank Hilary who rang to update me on my order - that was fully appreciated.
